Pav Bassi, Solicitor and Head of Immigration at Astons Law confirms that “There has been no official announcement from the Home Office as yet, as to the suspension of the Tier 1 Investor Visa and it is business as usual for us, as the Tier 1 Investor Visa program remains in full use, with the online application system still remaining live for application submission.
The UK Immigration Minister announced that there will be Tier 1 Investor reforms after an audit process, however, no signs of a suspension thus far”.
As confirmed by the Home Office Migration Policy Department, the Tier 1 Investor route remains open, and the Home office is committed to reforming the route, which may be expected in spring.
