    Investment Requirements

    The applicant must purchase residential real estate worth a minimum of 750,000 AED. The program does not allow the use of resale properties (secondary real estate), only primary real estate from developers. It is possible to purchase in interest-free installments.

    Option 1 / 750,000 AED - Golden Visa for 2 years

    • The property’s value must be at least 750,000 AED for a sole owner and at least 1,000,000 AED for jointly owned property.
    • Purchase in interest-free installments with an initial payment of at least 50% of the property’s value is allowed.
    • The property must be acquired in Freehold Zones – special areas designated for property ownership.

    Option 2 / 2,000,000 AED - Golden Visa for 10 years

    • The property’s value must be at least 2,000,000 AED.
    • Purchase in interest-free installments with an initial payment of at least 50% of the property’s value is allowed.
    • The property must be acquired in Freehold Zones – special areas designated for property ownership.
    • The family composition does not affect the investment amount.
