Immigration Solicitor

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a highly experienced Immigration Solicitor with strong sales skills to join our Global Immigration Team.


Astons is a global immigration advisory firm, specialising in UK immigration law, investor programmes for residence and citizenship, corporate immigration and property search and acquisition. Our comprehensive service also includes assistance in relocating to the UK, assistance with legal processes, tax matters, access to private education, asset structuring and lifestyle management.


The successful candidate must have extensive proven experience in points-based system and working visas and must have an enthusiastic, professional approach; the candidate should be comfortable working within a dynamic team and fast-paced environment. 


Advising clients on immigration matters, this person will help us meet our customer acquisition targets and help Astons achieve its revenue growth targets. A can-do attitude and excellent communication skills are essential.


Job Type: Full-time


The successful candidate will be working closely with private and corporate clients and must:


  • Build and sustain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with clients and understanding their needs;

  • Prepare and submit applications under Tier 1 and Tier 2 of the Points Based System;

  • Prepare and submit nationality, European and family applications as well as those under Tier 4 of the Points Based System;

  • Determine the best course of action to serve clients’ best interests;

  • Identify any complications arising during cases and immediately highlight these to their line manager;

  • Draft legal documents for clients as and when required.


Skills and Experience:


Candidates must demonstrate that they have:


  • Excellent written and communication skills in English;

  • Excellent written and communication skills in Russian;

  • Proven experience of working with UHNWI and HNWI’s;

  • Strong proven sales skills;

  • Outstanding verbal, writing and interpersonal skills;

  • Extensive experience of working in a similar environment;

  • A good level of computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.);

  • The ability to cope with a varying, sometimes high, level of pressure;

  • The ability to pay strong attention to detail.



Russian-speaking PA

We are looking for a professional Personal Assistant to the Director and high net worth clients to join our team in our Mayfair office.


As a Personal Assistant you will be the first point of contact when it comes to arranging and scheduling business meetings and travel, responding to personal ad-hoc requests and covering admin/reception duties when required. We need a person who is efficient and skilled in time management and who can autonomously set their working priorities in order. As the company primarily works with high net worth clients, your duties will also evolve VIP concierge services. These include making restaurant reservations, managing bills and receipts and organising other personal matters.


Job Type: Full-time




  • Ideally 2+ years relevant experience working with high net worth individuals or business owners;

  • Fluent in English and Russian. Strong written and spoken proficiency in Russian is a must;

  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal);

  • Should have very strong organisational skills and be able to give attention to detail;

  • Able to multitask and set priorities;

  • Good computer skills;

  • Should have right to work in the UK;

Duties and Responsibilities


  • Able to take on multiple responsibilities, including scheduling different meetings and arranging travel as well as managing concierge service duties;

  • Managing diaries and organising meetings;

  • Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation as well as fulfilling other ad hoc requests;

  • Providing VIP concierge service for clients;

  • Cover for receptionist/administrator and general admin work when required;

  • Other ad hoc duties as required.
