Client Relationship manager

Astons Capital Ltd specialises in providing global citizenship, real estate and migration solutions to high-net worth clients from around the world. We have offices in Russia, Cyprus, Dubai and Beijing.



We are now seeking a proactive Russian speaking Client Relationship Manager with a specific focus on real estate. The ideal candidate must have demonstrable previous in a similar role, specifically in relation to high-net worth clients and will be fluent in both written and spoken English and Russian. He or she must thrive on working in a dynamic environment, embracing the professional challenges and positive energy that comes with working in a fast-paced company alongside an inspirational, friendly, growing team of professionals who are generating outstanding results for their clientele.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 


  • Development of new business leads and opportunities in-line with the company’s strategic focus;

  • Closing sales and management of the on-going relationship with clients;

  • Attendance of client meetings and discussions of client requirements, in conjunction with the other member of the sales team, in order to find most effective way to meet client’s needs;

  • Use of existing network links to develop and secure channel partners and distribution platforms to secure further sales;

  • Maintaining existing relationships with real estate agents, both in the UK and abroad, whilst also developing new ones;

  • Building and maintenance of close relationships with sub agents in Russia;

  • Input of lead/sales information into the CRM system and responsibility for on-going updating of this information;

  • Provision of support in relation to events and coordination of guest lists;

  • Producing reports to help assist marketing strategy;

  • Undertaking applicable research in order to input into marketing strategy;

  • Provision of content to help support and enhance the marketing strategy;

  • Fielding calls from clients, suppliers and media;

  • Attendance of relevant events.

 

Person Specification:

 


  • Previous experience in similar role, specifically in relation to high-net worth clients essential;

  • Fluency in both written and spoken English and Russian essential;

  • Demonstrate commercial agility in closing new business opportunities;

  • Proven experience of the ability to understand, digest and disseminate complex information essential;

  • Excellent communication skills with good interpersonal skills and experience of working in a client-facing role essential;

  • The ability to work proactively and flexibly in a team structure essential;

  • A readiness to take the day-to-day lead in supporting the wider team with account activity essential;

  • An interest in global mobility and the real estate sector is desirable.

  • Deliver critical material in a timely manner to exacting standards;

  • Be a professional and outstanding individual, as well as a team player;

  • Be enthusiastic, creative, self-motivated and driven to succeed;

  • Be willing to work flexibly as required, including out of hours and weekends for client trade shows and events;

  • Show excellent time management skills and the ability to work under pressure to deadlines and changing client requirements;

  • Be comfortable with dealing with all levels of management and clientele.
