A non-refundable donation to the budget of $250,000 is the simplest way to obtain Egyptian citizenship. Applications will be processed within 6 to 9 months by a special unit under the Cabinet of Ministers. To apply for citizenship, a fee of $10,000 must be paid.
The deposit is opened for a term of at least 3 years. The money needs to be deposited in dollars, but it will be returned in Egyptian pounds. Installment options over a year are also available

The business must operate for a minimum of 5 years; otherwise, citizenship will be revoked. It can be retained by an additional charitable donation of $250,000
You can choose one or several properties. Residential or commercial properties are available, either ready-made or under construction, from the list provided by the Cabinet of Ministers. Installment options over a year are applicable. Properties cannot be sold within 5 years

90 daysThe evaluation process of an investor’s application under this program consists of two stages. During the first three months, the investor’s identity is verified against Egypt’s security databases.
If the reliability check is successful, the investor becomes eligible for citizenship. However, to proceed, the full investment must be transferred before the verification process begins.
After the initial check, the investor is granted a six-month temporary residence permit (TRP). During this period, they must arrive in Egypt to fulfill the requirements of the chosen investment option.
90 daysAfter fulfilling the investment-related requirement of the program, the Egyptian Citizenship Department conducts an additional reliability check on the applicant.
Upon successful completion of the check, the department submits the applicant for approval to the Prime Minister of Egypt, whose endorsement is the basis for citizenship acquisition.
After the application is approved, the investor receives a naturalization certificate and an Egyptian passport.
