Purchasing Grenadian Real Estate

Investing in government-approved real estate projects in Grenada offers investors the opportunity to secure second citizenship in the Caribbean within just 3-4 months. Developments are varied, including resorts, hotels and villas. Given the booming tourism industry on the island, demand is strong, and the property market offers an outstanding investment with anticipated high returns.

Applicants selecting an approved real estate project must invest at least $220,000, and retain the property for five years from receiving citizenship. This minimum investment applies to purchases of qualifying projects within the Tourism Accommodation sector. Applicants may be single investors, with another primary applicant contributing towards a joint investment - and thus one unit provides citizenship for two investors and their families. In this case, the principal applicant enjoys co-ownership of an individual unit, shared with at least one additional principal applicant. Each investor contributes a minimum of $220,000.

There is also an option starting from $350,000, for investors applying individually (one investor along with their family, seeking full ownership of a unit).

Funds invested through the application process are held in escrow as a security measure - and released only on approval of the citizenship application.
