On June 26, Astons hosted an exclusive event at the Parklane Hotel in Limassol dedicated to the Greek Golden Visa through real estate investment, as well as alternative residency and citizenship solutions for internationally minded families.
During the event, our immigration expert and Director of Astons’ Dubai office, Igor Nemtsov, addressed key questions relevant to Cyprus residents: how to build an additional Plan B for the family, gain access to the Schengen Area through the Greek Golden Visa, and expand opportunities beyond the benefits already offered by Cypriot residence status.
Particular interest was generated by the presentation of investment projects delivered by Nasos Fousias, Director of our Athens office. The showcased properties are not available on the open market. Guests had the opportunity to explore carefully selected investment opportunities tailored to specific objectives, budgets, and individual circumstances, rather than a standard selection from publicly available listings.
Following the main presentation, individual consultations were held, during which we discussed a range of personal scenarios and investment strategies with participants.
