The basis of the concept of the residential complex is “a garden on the shores of the Aegean Sea” – an oasis within the metropolis. The project is represented by two buildings of 14 and 7 floors, in total – 242 residential apartments with one and two bedrooms. The project is within walking distance of Büyükdere Avenue, Istanbul’s most prestigious street, Levent Metro Station on the Yenikapı Metro Line, and major shopping malls.
For residents, all the amenities for a comfortable life are provided: a fitness club, an outdoor pool, parking, a terrace, a sauna, restaurants, a modern security system, a safe playground, jogging paths, a lounge area with sun loungers, chargers for electric scooters. In addition to the classic fitness area, there are crossfit and squash courts. Architecture and interior design are distinguished by the use of durable and modern materials.
