The residential complex is recreated on the site of the old historical mill of 1929 and is located in the heart of the city of Funchal on the island of Madeira, in the middle of the vast Atlantic Ocean. This series of houses will be restored according to the original design, ensuring that the architectural heritage of Funchal is kept alive

Funchal is located 20 km from the international airport, it is an ideal starting point for acquaintance with the island of «eternal spring», it is warm and sunny even in the winter months.
Most of the original architecture of the site has disappeared, but the old chimney has survived. The architects turned to fresh and modern aesthetics: attics with high ceilings and windows, filling the apartments with natural light, natural materials. The general concept is luxury and refinement.

The project presents 49 apartments of different sizes – from studios to full-size apartments with 4 bedrooms, ranging from 68 to 418 square meters. meters.
