The website https://trumpcard.gov features an image of a gold card with Trump’s portrait, along with a registration form for the waiting list. Applicants must provide basic personal details and indicate whether they are applying as individuals or on behalf of a company, and whether they are seeking residency only for themselves or also for family members.
Applications can be submitted for 1–4, 5–9, or 10 or more individuals, allowing for the inclusion of employees or business partners.
However, it remains unclear how exactly the scheme will work and whether the $5 million investment covers all individuals in a business-related application.
The form offers a choice of eight regions: Europe, Asia (including the Middle East), North America, Oceania, Central America, South America, the Caribbean, or Africa.
Once the form is submitted, the applicant receives a verification code which must be entered within ten minutes to finalise the application. The site features an encouraging message: “Your journey begins. You will be the first to know when access opens.”
“Thousands of people are calling and asking,” said the U.S. President upon the website’s official launch.

The programme was announced by the U.S. President in February alongside Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick. With a non-refundable cost of $5M, the Trump Card is set to become one of the most expensive investor visa programmes in the world.
