In a quiet area where the green element dominates and on a privileged plot facing four streets, we have a residential complex with a minimal aesthetic.
Direct contact with the environment, both visually and functionally, was required in all areas of the ground floor. The special building-landscape relationship is complemented by the internal views, the large openings and the private swimming pools that were used in such a way as to highlight the architectural concept.
A particular challenge was the creation of a high-standard building, with the highest energy efficiency A+, which consistently serves the needs of its owners, with airy apartments that take full advantage of the orientations and large openings, strategically placed with a view to the aesthetics and functionality of individual spaces as well as the whole.
The apartments are distinguished by ergonomics and functionality in all areas. The kitchens and bathrooms are designed individually for each owner and the choice of materials is made based on their needs and preferences, with the constant support of our decorators.
The maximum energy rating of the building A+ is achieved by installing photovoltaic systems, energy frames, 10cm thermal facade and cooling heating heat pumps.
