The project is located in the heart of Glyfada, a vibrant neighborhood in Athens, Greece. The main design concept was inspired by the stunning views created by the intersection of the local urban development with the green Glyfada Golf Course, and in the background, the merging of the sea with the horizon. The architectural team carefully selected parts of the natural environment and considered orientation to create an internal layout for the two buildings that establishes a hierarchy of views and spaces. This integrated structure balances all these different relationships, indicating the design logic with a simple gesture. Natural materials are used throughout all levels of the building, illustrating the transition from the natural to the built element. Adhering to a minimalist approach to construction, the architectural composition explores the combination of natural materials through texture, color, and the effect of light.
The project consists of fifteen west-facing walk-through apartments that feature ultra-luxury construction and minimal innovative design, combining sunset views with the greens of golf and the blues of the sea. The apartments are designed to maximize the natural light and provide a sense of openness and tranquility. Each apartment offers a unique experience, with spacious living areas, high-quality finishes, and modern amenities. The project also includes a rooftop terrace with panoramic views of the city and the sea, as well as a private swimming pool for residents to enjoy.
The location of the project is ideal for those who appreciate the convenience of city living while enjoying the benefits of a quiet neighborhood. Glyfada is known for its vibrant shopping and dining scene, as well as its proximity to the beach and the golf course. The project is also well-connected to the city’s public transportation system, making it easy to explore the rest of Athens.
