In Piraeus, very close to Dilaveri Park, in a rapidly developing area, we have an impressive residential building.
The targeted positioning of the building within the south-facing plot offers the maximum exploitation of lighting and ventilation and at the same time protects the privacy of the individual houses through the use of green elements, both at the level of the pilotis in the surrounding area, and on the balconies of the floors. Emphasis was placed on the setback of the building in relation to the front boundary to create a larger green space and exteriors, but also in relation to the back boundary of the plot to communicate the apartments with the planted area of the roof, in the form of an atrium.
With a minimal aesthetic as its main axis, the design highlighted the dynamic color palette of the building, with white and dark tones to highlight the alternation of floors in an impressive way. The two C-shaped elements that embrace each other, radiate our intention to create a strong architectural character, which does not go unnoticed.
The apartments are distinguished by ergonomics in all areas: the kitchens and bathrooms are designed individually for each owner. The choice of materials is based on their needs and preferences, with the continuous support of our decorators.
The maximum energy efficiency of the building classified A+ is achieved by the installation of photovoltaic systems, with the main advantage being the energy offset in terms of consumption, energy frames, 10cm thermal facade as well as heat pumps for cooling and heating.
