It is being built on a privileged plot, with the primary aim of placing it in a prominent position, in the center of the plot, in order to give space around the perimeter to the development of greenery and its integration into the study.
The conception of the idea came as a composition of volumes, which follow the morphology of the “mirror” while on a horizontal level they are arranged around the perimeter, “hugging” the central atrium, which functions as a core of vital importance for the building.
The atrium starts from the basement to provide lighting and ventilation. The element of greenery in the common areas of the pool and the gym have the effect of the interior space spreading to the exterior. The large glass windows contribute in the same way, as they reinforce the invisible boundaries and allow natural light to enter the building in abundance.
The design moved in simple geometric lines following the trends of modern minimal aesthetics. This led to the use of surfaces in white and dark color tones. The choice of dark-colored blinds, which enhance and expressively complement the building, has a double role as they simultaneously protect by regulating the light and air that enters the space, creating interesting changes of shading and lighting.
The functionality of the spaces was an important design parameter, while the full exploitation of the environmental conditions helped to meet the energy needs. A particular challenge was the creation of a high-standard building, with the highest energy efficiency A+, which consistently serves the needs of its owners, with airy apartments that make the most of the orientations and large openings, strategically placed, with an aesthetic and functionality of the individual spaces as well as the whole.
The apartments are distinguished by ergonomics and functionality in all areas. Kitchens and bathrooms are designed individually for each owner as the choice of materials is based on their needs and preferences, with the constant support of our decorators.
The building’s maximum energy classification A+ is achieved by installing photovoltaic systems, a 10cm thermal facade as well as heat pumps for cooling and heating.
