This complex is a minimal building of modern residences in the area of Neos Heraklion. These are 14 spacious apartments designed to offer you and your loved ones a dreamy living experience.
The building is strategically designed to combine abundant natural light but also privacy with the placement of the staircase in its center.
The functionality of the spaces was an important design parameter, while the full exploitation of the environmental conditions helped to meet the energy needs. A particular challenge was the creation of a high-standard building, with the highest energy efficiency A+, which consistently serves the needs of its owners, with airy apartments that make the most of the orientations and large openings, strategically placed, with an aesthetic and functionality of the individual spaces as well as the whole.
The apartments are distinguished by ergonomics and functionality in all areas. Kitchens and bathrooms are designed individually for each owner as the choice of materials is based on their needs and preferences, with the constant support of our decorators.
The building’s maximum energy classification A+ is achieved by installing photovoltaic systems, a 10cm thermal facade as well as heat pumps for cooling and heating.
