Icon Residence. The modern complex in Athens

Its name is inspired by the design of the building, which highlights the aesthetics of minimal architecture and is an impressive proposal of a new type of “residential”.

Great emphasis was placed on the location of the building, on the exploitation of its orientation, on the privacy and transparency of the apartments.

The Icon Residence seems to be in conversation with its surroundings with exclusive gardens, planted roofs and the wet element dominating both the Ground Floor and the apartment floors.

The goal for all the spaces on the ground floor was direct contact with the environment, both visually and functionally. To achieve this, large openings, high-end frameless frames were used, manufactured in such a way that when they are open or closed they disappear from the field of view.

All the residences of Icon Residence are developed on two levels, leading the main areas to the view of the gardens and to the balconies with the pools.
Inside, the spaces are developed with a continuous functional flow, while the openings to all the free sides are such as to ensure light and visual contact with the outside space without losing privacy. Transparency is ensured by the linear openings to the common areas.
