On December 4, the Vanuatu Consulate in Dubai hosted the opening of a new biometric enrollment center. The Astons team had the honour of attending the official ceremony, alongside government ministers, the Director of the Citizenship by Investment Program, and the Consul General of Vanuatu in the UAE, Andrew Leong.
Recently, the Vanuatu Immigration Department began issuing only electronic biometric passports that meet international standards. Biometric enrollment is mandatory for new applicants and is available at approved locations, including Vanuatu, Hong Kong, and Dubai — which is set to become the most convenient option for most international investors.

Dubai is also a key location for our clients. Our new Dubai office — the Dubai Astons Lounge — is now open. We look forward to welcoming investors obtaining Vanuatu citizenship and travelling to submit their biometrics, and we will provide full support at every step of the process.

Why Investors Choose Vanuatu Citizenship

Vanuatu’s citizenship program remains one of the fastest and most affordable. The minimum contribution starts at $130,000 for a single applicant or $165,000 for a family of 2–4. The passport grants visa-free access to more than 100 countries, including Hong Kong.
We are an official representative of the program, and this allows us to offer our clients the best conditions for acquiring citizenship and providing support at every stage of the process.
