Turkish Citizenship Program as a fast track to the UK and USA

Turkish citizenship can be obtained within just 2 months through property investment starting from $250,000.

With no additional donation required and coupled with a simplified application process and high ROI property investment projects, this program offers simplified routes to relocating to both the UK and USA under respective visa categories available for Turkish nationals.

1. Turkish Citizenship as a fast track to settlement in the UK

Under the European Community Association Agreement (ECAA), also known as the Ankara Agreement, Turkish Passport holders are entitled to establish businesses or become self-employed in the UK and obtain residency rights thereof. Once settled, residents can become eligible for UK Permanent Residency and Citizenship within 5-6 years.

Ankara Agreement – The Agreement Creating an Association Between the Republic of Turkey and the European Economic Community allowing Turkish Citizens to establish business in the related countries (including the UK) move immediately and be eligible to apply for permanent residence and citizenship in those countries.

This route is far more cost-effective in terms of overall capital requirements, compared to other programs such as the Cyprus Citizenship and UK Tier 1 Investor route. Once Turkish citizenship is obtained, the investor can begin the visa application process immediately. The average visa processing time is 1-2 months.

2. Turkish Citizenship as a fast track to settlement in the US

Turkish Citizenship provides a simple and cost-effective route to securing US residency. Under the USA E-2 Investor Visa route, Turkish citizens are eligible to apply due to the treaties in place between the two nations regarding commerce and navigation markets. In summary, the US E-2 program entitles eligible citizens from countries that are signatories to the treaty to apply as investors for the right to reside in the US.

The E-2 allows such investors to relocate to the US alongside their family members including their spouse and children. Whilst this visa carries non-immigration status, it does offer long-term residency options, being valid for a 5-year period and being renewable every 2 years as long as the applicant remains eligible.

Investment requirements are more favorable than those of the EB-5 Visa Program, which holds a minimum investment value of $900,000 from 21st November 2019. This route requires no prescribed investment amount. Whilst the E-2 does not permit formal permanent residency, with the 5-year renewal system it does serve as a legitimate and long-term basis from which to reside in the US.

With a wealth of opportunities and new freedoms available in the shape of your 2nd passport, Turkish Citizenship is one of the most efficient and secure programs to consider.
