Astons has concluded its participation in the Premium Athens Real Estate Expo 2026, held on May 15–17 at the Metropolitan Expo Centre in Athens, where the company met with investors, developers, agencies and real estate professionals from Greece and international markets.
The exhibition marked a strategic milestone for Astons Greece, with the company focusing on strengthening developer relationships and expanding its project pipeline across the Greek property market.
More Than 50 Meetings and New Partnership Discussions
Over the course of three days, the Astons team held more than 50 meetings with companies operating across the real estate and investment sectors, including developers, construction firms, brokers, hospitality consultants, marketing and media companies, as well as international partners from Greece, Cyprus, the UK, Israel and Turkey.
Many of the discussions centered around future cooperation and access to upcoming inventory. Following the event, Astons is already moving forward with multiple new partnership discussions aimed at expanding its portfolio across Athens and the Athenian Riviera, including off-market opportunities expected to remain unavailable through traditional public channels.
International Team Representation
The company attended the exhibition with one of its largest international teams to date, bringing together senior management, representatives of the Greek office, brokers, sales specialists and members of the Turkish office.
One of the most talked-about elements of Astons participation was the design of its stand. Inspired by the interior concept of the company’s Dubai office, the space was created as a private investment lounge rather than a traditional exhibition booth, attracting significant attention from visitors and industry professionals throughout the expo.
