Greek Golden Visa Seminars in Istanbul

In May and June, Astons hosted private seminars at Çırağan Palace Kempinski in Istanbul focused on Greece’s Golden Visa program, investment opportunities in Athens and Piraeus, and one-on-one consultations. The highlight was an exclusive residential project near Zea Marina, available only to Astons clients, offering high rental potential and eligibility for the Golden Visa.

São Tomé and Príncipe Citizenship Investment Unit: Official Visit by Alexander Kosovsky

In September, Alexander Kosovsky, Director of Astons for Russia and the CIS, visited the Citizenship Investment Unit (CIU) of São Tomé and Príncipe and met CEO Alfredo Trindade. The CIU, structured as a public–private partnership with its management center in Dubai, is responsible for the new citizenship program. Astons is among the first licensed agents, and the minimum investment for a passport is $90,000 to the National Transformation Fund, supporting renewable energy, housing, education, and socio-economic projects.


São Tomé and Príncipe: Dinner Event in Dubai

In December, a dinner gathering in Dubai brought together leadership of the São Tomé and Príncipe citizenship program with licensed agents. Astons UAE was represented by Igor Nemtsov.


Vanuatu and Nauru: Meetings at Astons Dubai

In the same month, Astons Dubai hosted meetings with Charles Maniel, Chairman of the Vanuatu Citizenship Commission, and Nicholas Jones-Juma, Director of Strategic Partnerships of Nauru. Astons, as a licensed agent, continues to monitor program updates and maintain direct contact with government units to ensure smooth processing for investors.


Greek Real Estate Meetings in Dubai

Astons Dubai held individual meetings with investors to discuss Greek real estate investment opportunities. Nasos Fousias, Head of Sales at Zafido, presented a new exclusive residential project in Athens, perfectly suited for the Golden Visa program with minimum investment from €250,000.


Vanuatu Biometric Enrollment Center in Dubai

The Vanuatu Consulate in Dubai opened a new biometric enrollment center. Astons attended the ceremony alongside government officials and the Consul General of Vanuatu, Andrew Leong. The center allows investors to submit biometrics locally, supporting the new electronic biometric passports. Astons provides full support to clients throughout the process.
