We are looking for an experienced Immigration Lawyer to assist customers who want to obtain a residence permit or citizenship in another country, to working with us on a full time and remote basis.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive legal assistance related to investment immigration programs;
- Preparing documents for investment citizenship and residency applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance at all stages;
- Managing relationships with external partners and contractors (translators, notaries);
- Organizing notarization of documents;
- Coordination with consular authorities to facilitate document requests, when necessary.
Requirements:
- A law degree and experience in the legal aspects of the immigration industry;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex legal issues and provide practical solutions;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients;
- Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and meet deadlines;
- Native or Fluent English;
