Our Project, separated from other projects as an attractive living space offers a brand new living space exhaling in the city center, for the people working and training in the axle of “Topkapi Bakırköy-Airport” evaluated with the axle of Mecidiyeköy-Levent.

The project which is located within walking distance to Istanbul’s most heavily used subway and Metrobus lines is situated 3 minutes from Ataturk Airport. The project designed by the Washington DC office of HOK from the world-famous architectural firms consists of different concepts that will respond to the different demands of a wide audience.

It appeals to a wide audience such as students, young professionals, and families with children with the position of providing the ease of transportation to educational institutions, business centers, and different points of Istanbul located around it. The Project is located on a 106,000 m2 large land in Ataköy area, which is one of the most attractive districts of Istanbul.

The project comprises of 6 building blocks which will accommodate approximately 1500 houses and offices and a shopping mall center.

The project, aimed at generating generous breathing living spaces to its inhabitants, is configured with a canyon-like sloping architecture which enables fresh air and light to reach the bottom floors of the shopping mall center.

The space located in the middle of our project functions as a linear courtyard for the towers surrounding it.
