Luxury Hotel Units for Fractional Ownership

The project consists of two phases; Phase One is the luxury boutique hotel, and Phase Two the resort villas. Phase One is partially constructed, comprising 40 hotel rooms and suites. Phase Two will include 30 residential villas and will be completed subsequently.

The project offers amenities such as a bistro/eatery, day lounge/meeting area, and swimming pool and beach bar on Grand Anse Beach.

When the hotel opens, investors will receive a share of the net rental revenue in proportion to the interest they own. However, from the date of purchase, owners shall receive a minimum guaranteed annual return of 3% for the first five years. Investors will also be entitled to 14 free nights of accommodation per year. Investors can sell real estate after five years without affecting their citizenship status.
