An exciting opportunity has arisen for a bright and motivated Sales Executive to join our team. Sales Executive responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Sales Executive Job Duties:

Sales Executive Skills and Qualifications:

The successful candidate will work as part of our growing and entrepreneurial team. They will have a working knowledge of preparing and submitting visa applications (ideally Tier 1), permanent residency applications and naturalisation applications. Owing to the nature of our clients the quality of work produced is high level and the successful candidate must have attention to detail. They must be able to manage their own case load and it is very important that they are organised and methodical.

Ideally they must have experience in managing/supervising a small immigration team and must have both proven, and extensive, experience of the Points-Based System in particular as well as other immigration categories and nationality matters. He/she must also have an enthusiastic, professional attitude and should be comfortable working within a dynamic and fast-paced team. Advising a range of clients on immigration matters, the successful candidate will be required to help us meet our customer acquisition and hit revenue growth targets. As a result, a can-do attitude and excellent communication skills are required. Registration with Solicitors Regulated Authority (SRA) would be an advantage.

The clients are often high profile and the successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills.

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a highly-experienced Chinese speaking Immigration caseworker to join a Central London based private immigration firm.

The successful candidate must have experience in managing/supervising small immigration team, required to have proven extensive experience in points-based system/working visas and have an enthusiastic, professional attitude and should be comfortable working within a dynamic and fast-paced team.

Advising the clients on immigration matters this person would help us meet our customer acquisition and hit revenue growth targets. A can-do attitude and excellent communication skills are required. The registration with Solicitors Regulated Authority (SRA) would be an advantage.

The successful candidate will be working closely with private and corporate clients and must:

  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs

  • Experience of making nationality, European and family applications as well as those under Tier 4 of the Points Based System is desirable

  • Registering clients (Buyer, vendor, tenants and landlords) on the PC Home system
  • List properties PC home system/ wechat
  • Produce brochure/ factsheet/particular etc. marketing materials
  • Prepare weekly (English/Chinese) news article for Landlords/Vendors/Buyers and Tenants (potential buyer), Property news, General information (Company introduction / service)
  • Attend Property Launch Events
  • Book appointments for applicants to view properties;
  • Conduct viewings;
  • Negotiate offers;
  • Assist with related matters about the purchases, such as get in touch with solicitors, mortgage advisors.
